Explore and experience a healthier you

Time and time again, research has shown that what we eat and drink directly impacts our health. The more emphasis we place on eating whole plant based foods, the greater positive impact we will experience.

We are about providing an environment that allows you to explore and experience a healthier you. You are gently guided and introduced to a beneficial and satisfying way of eating. Over a period of time you will become more aware of foods that satisfy you. It may surprise you!

You will understand and appreciate how including a few extra tasks into your weekly routine can be greatly beneficial. We will share with you some simple and convenient ways to upgrade what you eat. We all agree that food is a major part of health improvement. We will also share with you the importance of sleep, physical activity and time-out for relaxation.

Food fuels our body. The more nutrient packed what we eat is, the better our body will feel and perform.

This program has 1 rule: No judgment

Our program is also about understanding our relationship to and with food in order to create a clear path for change to an even healthier lifestyle. The emphasis is on a whole food plant based eating style, and on making the changes needed.

A whole food plant based lifestyle  is based on over 40 years of scientific research conducted by numerous persons in the field, including Dr. Baxter Montgomery, cardiologist, Dr. Kim A. Williams, Cardiologist , Dr. Milton Mills, Critical Care Physician, Dr. Neal Barnard, Physicians committee for Responsible Medicine, Dr. Michael Greger, author and creator of “the Daily Dozen”,  T. Colin Campbell Phd, biochemist and key researcher of the China Study. Their work has shown time and time again the benefits of this lifestyle.

Multiple scientific research continues to show substantial measurable positive changes in the biomarkers of persons who adopt a whole food plant based lifestyle.  For example, cholesterol levels were reduced, A1c marker for type 2 diabetes drastically reduced, blood pressure readings within acceptable ranges, weight loss and an overall feeling of good health are some of the key changes experienced and maintained on a whole foods plant based lifestyle. We want to assist you in having this experience.
