Meet Yvonne

Change is constant in our lives, and a consistent desire for change is to be healthier. 

In the midst of all that happens around us, being and feeling healthier provides a means for each of us to feel whole; to be at our best.

That’s where I come in. 

Hi, I’m Yvonne Rubie, a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) for over 20 years. I desire to assist you in making that change by creating a path to improved health. I will provide you with useful information for the adventure you will have in identifying and moving away from non-beneficial dietary choices. The exciting thing is when you begin to eat differently, that action produces wonderfully healthful results.
